At the time of this blog entry, John Higgins and Margaret Norris had seven known biological children. The 1900 U. S. census, however, reports an eighth child whom I have not found in records [1].
Annie Carrigan would have been the age of Francis W. Higgins:
Michael J. [Joseph] Higgins (About 1870-?) [2]
Francis W. Higgins (About 1872-?) [3]
Agnes Bridget Higgins (1876-1896) [4]
John Aloysius Higgins (1879-1904) [5]
Aloysius Thomas Higgins (1882-1923) [6]
William Edward Higgins (1884-1888) [7]
James Eugene Higgins (1887-1951) [8]
I have yet to find death information for either Michael or Francis.
