About a week after my last post I had major surgery and then needed to work on a different project.
I’m still interested in pursuing Mary, and think the
domestic servant route is worthwhile, if only there were more clues to stand on. With such little starting
information, the thought of chasing after a wild goose is ever present.
I just can’t shake the thought, so do apologize to anyone
who looked forward to that analysis.
I do believe Mary is living in the town of Hartford just prior
to her marriage, but feel I need more info before I proceed.
In absence of that info, I’d like to go back to James Scanlan
(See Scanlon # 13), a possible brother to Cornelius Scanlon, to see where he
leads. And then go back and firm up some
Scanlon connections.
A trip to Hartford and Boston may happen later
in the year, but no plans have been made yet.
